Mc Nation's Adoption Polocies:
The adoption process and foster care system in Mc Nation will be very strict and tough to get through. If someone is going to adopt, they will have to go through a series of checks before they can even apply for a child. All divisions of Mc Nation will follow the same rules when it comes to adoption.
International adoption will have its own set of procedures. Mc Nation can provide international adoption opportunities, provide visa information, and ensure that Mc Nation citizens aren’t being discriminated against in the foreign country. Mc Nation cannot however, become directly involved with the adoption, act as an attorney for the adoptive parents, or order the foreign country to approve adoption and visa. International adoption will be very private matter between the perspective adoptive parents and the foreign court which will operate under that country’s laws and religions. Mc Nation can not intervene on behalf of the adoptive parents, but we will provide information on the adoptive laws around the word. Also, to bring a child from abroad will make them be considered immigrants. In order to have them become citizens, the parents can take the citizenship test for them, only if the baby is seven or younger upon arriving in Mc Nation.
